All of the meat and or meat packages will be shipped FedEx overnight - The shipping charges will be determined by weight of the total package. We ship Monday-Thursday (cut off time on Thursday is 11:30 am EST). If you place your order after this time, please notify us (by Friday 11:30 am, EST), if you want a Saturday delivery. There is an additional charge for a Saturday delivery. If you do not want a Saturday delivery, the order will be shipped out on the following Monday (excluding Holidays).If purchasing non-meat items, please place a separate order if you do not want the items shipped overnight.
